Sistina was Claymore No. 1 during her generation and is one of the eight Claymores to surpass the Abyssals in power. During her lifetime, she became known as "Sistina the Divine Oracle" (天啓のシスティーナ, Tenkei no Shisutīna, lit. "Sistina of Revelation").[1] Currently, nothing else is known about her.

Etymology

"Sistina" is a transliteration of the Japanese "Shisutīna" (システィーナ).

"Sistina" may have been derived from the Latin word sistere, meaning “to cause to stand.”

Mention in the Manga

Before the events of the Claymore Rebellion, Dae retrieved from Raki the arm of Priscilla, recognizing it´s powerful nature, and with the purpose to revive former No.1´s. By consulting the other men of the Organization, he asks for the names of warriors with power greater than the three Abyssals. Eight names are mentioned, with one of them being "Sistina, The Divine Oracle". Aside from her name, rank and power, nothing much is known about Sistina.
