Sistina was Claymore No. 1 during her generation. During her lifetime, she became known as "Sistina the Divine Oracle" (天啓のシスティーナ, Tenkei no Shisutīna, lit. "Sistina of Revelation"). Currently, nothing else is known about her.

Etymology

"Sistina" is a transliteration of the Japanese "Shisutīna" (システィーナ).

"Sistina" may have been derived from the Latin word sistere, meaning “to cause to stand.”

Biography

Before the events of the Claymore Rebellion, Dae retrieved from Raki the arm of Priscilla, recognizing it's powerful nature, and with the purpose to revive former No.1's. By consulting the other men of the Organization, he asks for the names of warriors with power greater than the three Abyssals. Eight names are mentioned, with one of them being "Sistina, The Divine Oracle".

Synchronize Vision

Sistina can use or see other visions by synchronizing her yoki without noticing by the others, this is applicable to both yoma and silver-eyed witches. This helps her to know and understand a certain situation from short to middle distances, also helps her to advance in tactical strategy.

Yoki Manipulation

Instead of reverting back, Sistina is capable to stabilize and delay the process of a near-Awakened fellow warrior for a short time, therefore, shes taking advantage of the benefits and use their full potential to advance in battle and for the success of the mission.

Aside from her name, rank, and power, nothing much is known about Sistina, although her name seems to indicate she might have been a previous "Eye" of the Organization, like Galatea or Renee.
