When Hysteria, a former No. 1, reached her limits, she did not send a black card to anyone. As a result, the Organization sent many warriors to Rockwell Hill in order to purge her. However, she did not submit herself to the command and massacred the many warriors sent to execute her. They narrowly managed to take her life before she awakened, but it was said that the corpses of warriors who fought her piled up in heaps on Rockwell Hill.
The warrior who managed to finally land a killing blow was the No. 4 of the time, Rosemary, though the only reason she was able to do so was because a brand new warrior, a single digit, Teresa, had landed a severe blow on Hysteria while faintly smiling. It was only this which allowed for Hysteria's defeat and prevented the warriors there from being totally annihilated, as not a single other warrior there could keep up with her speed.
