Biography

As Teresa's Handler

Orsay is the person who handed Teresa Rosemary's Black Card and told her to go to the Godahl Plateau. After Teresa returns with a ripped uniform he seems concerned that she allowed Rosemary to awaken. However, Teresa told him it was a Yoma who had done it and that Rosemary had not awakened at all.

Orsay was the one to call Teresa to her execution after she killed a human. However she wounded all the Claymore that he had brought and escaped. This lead to Priscilla, Irene, Sophia and Noel being sent to execute her, which ended in the death of Teresa, Sophia and Noel and the Awakening of Priscilla.
